Runnaway Wilderness

Amy: "Yeah!" I said, walking Liberty over to where Jake was.

I hopped down and handed her the fish. "Yum." I said taking a huge bite."

Amy: "Thanks." I said, letting Lib graze,I chewed the fished slowly,"mmmm."

Myles tied bandit and the horse together. "You take care of her, kay boy?" he said to bandit and patted him. He trotted off with the horse following. Myles came back to camp. "Something smells good" he joked.

Amy: I smiled,"Fish."

Myles chuckled. He took a seat beside Amy, and ate his piece. "mm. It's good." he mumbled, and smiled with his mouth closed, laughing a bit.

I finished up the last of my fish. "We are going to need to find other things to eat too, we can't survive on fish..." My voice trailed off.

Amy: I sighed,"Yeah, your right."I said, looking over at Jake.

I nodded. "Thank you." I said a bit smugly. "I don't suppose gardening would work well constering it's winter."

((soo.... how can I come in at the moment?)

Amy: "Probably not." I said slowly.

((hmmm, well all of these people are "run aways" So run away?! lol))

Myles shurugged. "Morgan had hens." he said quietly, so if they thought it was a dumb idea they might not have heard him well enough.

((um...Maybe just.... come say hi? LOL. Idk))

Amy: I nodded,"Yeah."

I nodded not knowing where he was going. "I don't nthink she would give Amy and I eggs..."

"What makes you think that?" Myles blurted out a bit angrily. "I mean..... why wouldn't she?" he asked sitting back.

Amy: I bit my lip and stayed quiet.

Myles tried to calm down. But when someone said the slightest thing about his one living family member he would get upset. "Just because she's cautious, doesn't mean she hates people. It doesn't mean she's a rouge, an animal. " he said more quietly.

Amy: "We know that." I said calmly.

Myles just waited for Jake to reply. He didn't want to be mean, but that just offended him a little.

I sighed. "Well," I looked down. I had heard her go off on someone about going to her side of the river. In the wild no one just gives away chickens or eggs, even if they are your cousin's friends.

"You could trust her. Not everyone is good at first impressions Jake." he said and stood up. He shook his head. I thought you were better than that. He sai d in his mind as he walked away. He went back to his tent and sat down.

I looked down and away. I had known talking would get me in trouble, I just knew it! I opened my mouth to say somthing but I couldn't. Instead I nodded to each of them and grabbed my bridle and tossed it on Witch. I took her ou for a ride in the woods and felt bad. Why did I say anything? he wondered. words are trouble i decided and my gaze fell forward. I wished I couldn't speak.

Myles: He sat at his camp and started a fire, back turned to everything else.

Morgan: She rode on a palomino horse towards the other side of the river. At a slow canter she steered the stallion through the forest. Morgan stopped her horse when she saw someone. She cautiously got off of the horse and peeked behind a tree. Exhaling, she noticed it was Jake. ((Unless you want him to be alone...))

Morgan stepped out from behind the tree. "Hi" she smiled holding her horse's reins like a lead rope.

"hi." I said and instantly regerted talking and swalowed.

"What's up?" she said mounting her horse. "Nice day huh?" she asked looking at the blazing sun through the tree tops.
